Call and Quote sit below the first screen on phones

Annotated mobile homepage showing Call and Quote buttons only after scrolling past the first screen
Annotated mobile exhibit — Call and Quote appear only after scrolling.
Observation
On a phone, the first screen shows a logo, menu, photo, and company history — but noCall or Get a Quote. Those buttons only appear after scrolling past several lines of copy.
Why it matters
Residential HVAC searches are often urgent and on a phone. If the next step isn’t obvious without scrolling, people leave for a competitor who makes calling one tap away.
Recommended fix
Keep Call and Quote visible on the first screen — sticky bar or top-of-page buttons on the homepage and every service page. Make Call the primary filled action; Quote can be secondary.

Website and Google listing hours don’t match

Side-by-side annotated comparison of website contact hours and Google listing hours
Website and Google disagree on weekday end times and Saturday availability.
Observation
The website footer lists Mon–Fri 7:30–5:00. The Google Business Profile shows Mon–Fri 8:00–6:00 and Sat 9:00–1:00. Saturday exists only on Google.
Why it matters
Hours are a trust check before someone dials. Conflicting hours look like the listing isn’t maintained — or worse, that someone might show up when you’re closed.
Recommended fix
Pick one source of truth (usually the Google Business Profile). Update the site footer and contact page to match exactly — including Saturday if you take Saturday calls. Re-check after any seasonal schedule change.

License, insurance, and reviews sit below the fold

Annotated desktop homepage showing trust badges only in the footer below the fold
Licensing, insurance, and review proof appear only in a footer strip.
Observation
Mass. license, fully insured, and “200+ five-star reviews” appear only in a footer strip. The hero leads with a stock-style skyline and a generic tagline — no trust signals in the first screen.
Why it matters
Homeowners hiring HVAC want proof they’re dealing with a real, insured local company. If that proof is invisible until they scroll, many never scroll.
Recommended fix
Pull license / insured / review proof into the hero or directly under the primary CTA. Link reviews to the live Google profile. Keep the footer strip as reinforcement, not the only mention.

Homepage redesign direction

Not a finished build — a direction that applies the three findings above: Call and Quote on the first mobile screen, matching hours, and trust proof in the first viewport.

Before and after conceptual homepage showing clearer CTAs, matching hours, and visible trust cues
Before → after (conceptual). No performance claims.
  • Mobile CTAs: Call and Quote stay visible on the first screen.
  • Hours: Match Google exactly, including Saturday if you take those calls.
  • Trust: License, insured, and reviews appear in the first viewport.
